SALES AGREEMENT AGREED BY THE BREEDER AND THE PURCHASER
I AGREE THAT I HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
ABOUT THE KITTEN / CAT THAT I AM PURCHASING .
The kitten has received a full course of vaccinations.
The kitten has had two health checks carried out by a veterinary surgeon who was happy with its health ,
ALL FUTURE VETERINARY CARE IS NOW MY RESPONSIBILITY AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THIS .
I HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF ANY RECENT VETERINARY TREATMENT ( WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS ) NONE.
The kitten / cat has been wormed at the ages of 3 , 6 and 9 weeks with panacur paste but will need worming throughout its life .
THE FOLLOWING PAPERWORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH THIS KITTEN/ CAT.
Vaccination card and kitten / cat care sheet.
The kitten / cat is being rehomed as a pet only , no other options have been discussed
.If the kitten is to be shown we CANNOT guarantee show success .
I AGREE AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION , THE KITTEN / CAT LOOKS HEALTHY , WELL CARED FOR , WITH A FRIENDLY DISPOSITION ,
I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO TAKE THIS KITTEN / CAT , AND WOULD NOT DO SO UNLESS I WAS COMPLETELY HAPPY .
Kittens / cat bought on the PET REGISTER SHALL NOT AT ANY TIME BE BRED FROM AND MUST BE SPAYED / NEUTERED BY 6 MONTHS ,
ALL REGISTRATION PAPERS i.e PINK SLIP AND PEDIGREE WILL BE
WITHELD BY THE BREEDER AND SENT TO THE NEW OWNER WHEN A LETTER OF CONFORMATION FROM A VET THAT THE KITTEN HAS BEEN NEUTERED / SPAYED AND SENT TO THE BREEDER ,
THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 MONTHS .If a copy is needed for any reason before then please discuss this with the breeder at the point of sale .
I have been made aware that under no circumstances will any money be redeemable against the cat unless it is returned / the option to return the cat lasts for 48 hours from the time of purchase / the non refundable deposit will however be lost . should the cat be returned after this time there will be no money refunded .
